Why should I book a Makeup artist or Hair stylist?
Having a makeup artist or a hairstylist there to pamper you the morning of your wedding is a lovely experience. We believe that as much care and attention should be taken with your beauty and hair as your dress or shoes. It ties the whole outfit together and is the final finishing touch, Bridal style isn’t just about the dress.
Our artists are friendly and will put you at ease. They help make your morning go perfectly whilst you relax and be pampered. Having a professional do your hair and makeup really does make all the difference when it comes to photos, they will make sure your makeup lasts all day and help with shine and other makeup mishaps!
What areas do you cover?
We have artists located across the UK. We have artists dotted all over the country, from the north to on the south coast, we try and cover most areas.
Natasha is located in Shropshire, she covers Wales, Shropshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and London mainly.
The majority of the team are located in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We do have team members also in Dorset and Lincolnshire.

Can I have a trial before confirming my wedding day?
You can have a trial before confirming, however until the deposit is paid your wedding date will not be held. We pencil in dates for those interested, however nothing is confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
When should I have my trial?
We advise our brides to have their trials anywhere from 7 to 2 months prior to the wedding. It is important that you have selected your dress, this is an important factor in deciding which hair and makeup style would be suitable for you wedding day.

If booking with Natasha, she has a studio at her home in Shropshire.

When booking our Sky Blue artists, they will often come out to you. Some of our artists have their own home studio and may require you to go to their studio for your trial.
What happens at a trial?
The artist and the client will discuss all aspects of the wedding, from dress to themes and flowers. Clients usually have a few images with ideas on that they like to show the artist. We do encourage this as it’s a really good starting reference. Then the Artist will work on the look and tweaks are made throughout. If another style is needed to be tried then this is fine. We intend to get it completely right for our clients, and for them to go away from our trials happy and glowing! This is also a good time to try headpieces and/or veils, so bring them along with you.
How long does a trial last?
A hair or makeup only trial usually lasts around 2 hours.
A Hair and or makeup trial usually lasts 3 to 3.5 hours.
If you need longer than 3.5 hours then a second trial will need to be had, payable at a full rate.
Should I wash my hair before the trial?
Yes, you can wash your hair the day of trial or wedding day, the only thing we ask is that it is dry and clean. This saves a lot of time on a wedding day morning.
Do you do all hair types?
Yes, we have artists who are able to do all types of hair, including afro and curly hair.
Do you do all skin tones?
Yes, all our makeup artists do all skin tones. It is very important to us to be inclusive and cater to everyone!!
What happens the morning of the wedding?
A schedule will have been drawn up and sent out to the bride (or whoever is in charge!) the week before. Artists arrive with 15 mins to set up and get started. We then work through the timings and get everyone done and looking gorgeous! We will stay until the bride leaves for the ceremony to ensure all last minute touch ups are done.

Makeup brands – Charlotte Tilbury, Bobbi Brown, Glossier, NARS, Trinny London, Viseart, Ben Nye, Body Shop, Iconic London, MAC to name a few!
Hair care brands – Bumble and Bumble, Cantu, Aveda, Fudge professional, AS I AM, Boucleme, Loreal, Percy and Reed.
