How do I book ?

To book either with Natasha or a member of the pro team, fill in the enquiry form with as much details about your wedding day as possible, include which package you are interested in to speed up the process! We will then check our availability and send you a quote for the services you are interested in. Once you’ve accepted your quote and happy with everything, you’ll need to pay your 25% retainer fee and sign the T’s and C’s. Then you’ll be booked in!

How soon do I need to book?

We take bookings up to 18 months in advance. Booking as soon as possible will ensure you don’t miss out on your chosen artist. We may have spaces for last minute bookings, please enquire for availability.

How do I book a Pro team member?

Enquire via our booking form, make a note of which artist you like (if known). We will check our teams availability in your area. If your Pro team member is available, we will then quote you for the services, after booking in we will put you in touch with your artist to organise all the fun things like trials and style choices.

What happens after booking in?

Once your booking is confirmed we will organise your Bridal trial. Trials are held 6 – 2 months prior to your wedding day.

What are the payment terms?

your bridal trial

Do I need a bridal trial and when?

Yes! We always like our brides to have a trial. A trial takes between 2 – 3.5 hours, it allows us to perfect your signature style for the big day! It’s the time where you can try out different styles and for us to tailor the look to your personal style.  After the trial you’ll know how your hair and makeup will look for your wedding day. You get to know your artist and build a rapport, this helps ease you into your special day. On a wedding morning there just is not the time for trialling out looks.  We like to hold your trial 6- 2 months before your wedding date.

How long does a bridal trial last?

A hair or makeup only trial usually lasts around 2 hours. A Hair and or makeup trial usually lasts 3 to 3.5 hours. If you need longer than 3.5 hours then a second trial will need to be had, payable at a full rate.

Where is are the bridal trials held?

For Natasha’s brides:

Sunnydale
Dorrington
Shropshire
SY5 7JD

For Pro team brides:

At the artists chosen location, this could be their own home studio or in some cases where artists don’t work from home they may come to you.

Please be aware that the Pro team are located all over the UK and brides will need to travel to their artists location. Keep this in mind when booking, we are unable to cancel if this is journey is too far. Please double check upon booking.

What happens after the trial?

After your Bridal trial we will be in touch prior to you wedding day to make sure we’ve got all the right details and there have been no changes. Our Signature and Luxe package brides will receive a tailor made wedding morning schedule ahead of the big day. For our Luxe package brides, we will liaise with your suppliers to organise your wedding day details and wedding morning, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your Wedding Day

What will happen on the wedding day?

On your wedding day, Natasha and/ or the team will arrive and set up ready to pamper you and your bridal team. All artists need an area to set up with a table and chair, we have a lot of kit that we bring with us! We aim to have you and the bridal party ready 1 hour prior to your ceremony time. For our Signature brides offer a “by your side” service up until the moment you step towards your ceremony. Making sure to give you those all-important last minute touch ups! Luxe brides get the ultimate pamper experience with their artist on hand throughout the day for touch ups during your photos. The luxury full service for our Luxe brides, also includes an optional “second look” for hair and/or makeup. This will be arranged for the most suitable time to do this.  Your artist will then leave after this.
