in a variety of trade skills, repair, and
maintenance work and not restricting ourselves into
one particular trade.
I have performed many kitchen makeovers after a
customer has been let down buy members of a specific
trade or suffered the expense of hiring plasterers,
tilers, carpenters etc. A handyman is simply able
to take on a wider variety of tasks than the average
tradesperson and therefore offering a more comprehensive
service.

May Advise:Guttering
Apart from all
the obvious jobs you can get on with
as the warmer days come along, you can
almost guarantee it will rain the first
two weeks in June (always does!) so
as its not too cold, go outside and
spot where all those leaks are coming
from. Guttering problems is about the
biggest cause of internal damp, and
usually only takes a few mins to fix!

advise: Preventative maintenance
Turn
all your gate valves and stop cocks
to make sure they are free running.
You might need a bit of a squib of WD40!
Once fully open turn them back a quarter
of a turn, the flow will not be effected
but its far more likely that the wont
stick!
